I began my journey in Italy and later worked as a chef de partie in a five-star hotel in Belgium.

Over seven years of experience shaped the way I think and work. I developed precision, consistency, and a deep respect for detail. Working across different countries also taught me how to adapt, communicate, and understand different audiences.

Those experiences built a strong foundation that continues to influence my work today.
