Background

I began my journey in Italy and later worked as a chef de partie in a five-star hotel in Belgium.

Seven years in professional kitchens across different countries shaped the way I think, work, and see. I developed precision, consistency, and a deep respect for detail.

Working across cultures taught me how to adapt, communicate, and understand different audiences.

That experience is not something I left behind. It is the foundation everything I do is built on.
